Product Maint

We strive to ensure our products are user-friendly and enjoyable, but we also want you to experience their full benefits. Here are some maintenance tips to keep in mind while enjoying our candles, wax melts, and diffusers.

Candle Maintenance
  • Trimming the Wick: Always trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting to prevent soot and ensure a steady flame.

  • Burning Time: Allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the surface to avoid tunneling.

  • Storage: Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and warping.

  • Extinguishing: Use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame instead of blowing it out to minimize smoke.

Wax Melt Maintenance
  • Wax Melt Storage: Store wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their fragrance and integrity.

  • Usage Amount: Use the recommended amount of wax melts for your warmer to ensure optimal scent throw without overwhelming the space.

  • Cleaning the Warmer: Regularly clean your wax warmer to prevent residue build-up, which can affect the scent and performance of future melts.

Diffuser Maintenance
  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the diffuser with a soft cloth or cotton swab to remove residue and ensure optimal performance.

  • Oil Replacement: Change the essential oils or fragrance oils periodically to prevent buildup and maintain a pleasant scent.

  • Cap Replacement: Replace the car diffuser caps after each refill to prevent the pores from clogging and causing leakage.

  • Check for Leaks: Inspect the diffuser for any leaks or damage that could affect its functionality.

  • Power Source: If it's an electric diffuser, ensure the power source is functioning properly and replace batteries or charge as needed.
